Internal regulation 1) Do close all doors, windows and shutters before leaving the apartment, even if for a short time. 2) Turn off the light and the supply of water and gas. 3) Objects, equipment and furnishings, in the Agriturismo, are not to be damaged in any way and will be thoroughly checked at the end of the stay. Any possible damage will have to be paid for. 4) It's strictly forbidden to receive guests, others than the properly registered ones, without previous authorization from the management. 5) The management declines any responsibility relating to thefts of any nature and, moreover, it refuses responsibility for any accidents that may occur either inside or outside the premises. 6) It's strictly forbidden to bring inside the lodgings any animal, bicycle, cumbersome toys, tricycles and similar. 7) The closure of the main entrance is set for at about midnight; if you get back later, please advise the management. 8) Bed linen is changed on a weekly basis; towels as needed. 9) The hall is for exclusive use of the management and the guests who request the Agriturismo's breakfast. Any use of the hall is subordinate to the management's authorization. Guests must request it, specifying the use and agreeing estimated times and possible fees to be paid upon time of departure. 10) Apartments must be vacated by and no later than 9.30 AM. A fee of € 35,00 may be required upon departure for their cleaning, as well as to sanitize the bathroom. 11) Contact the management immediately at any sign of fault or malfunctioning of the appliances and/or electric devices. 12) Smoking is strictly forbidden, as well as lighting fires in the yard behind the premises, in accordance with the laws in force for the prevention of fires. 13) Refrain from causing any disturbance and loud noise with radios, stereos or televisions between 2.00 – 4.00 PM and after 11.00 PM. 14) The management retains the right to access the apartments without notice, even in the absence of the guests, to attend any repairs, hazards or ordinary maintenance to the heating systems. 15) The management reserves the right to accept or not the booking requests, and only upon payment of a deposit within and no later than 45 days prior to the period requested. The deposit is equal to 30% of the whole amount of the requested period. 16) The balance will be paid at the end of the stay. 17) Earlier departure from the booked period does not allow any discount or partial refund. 18) Booking cancellation is accepted by the management only if received in writing, by recorded delivery, at least 30 days prior to the requested period and, in this case, the deposit will be fully refunded less an administration fee. If not, unfortunately there will be no refund, either partial or otherwise. 19) Any possible delays, relative to the arrival date, must be advised to the management, by fax, at least 8 days prior to the requested period. In case of failure to follow this disposition, the management can make alternative arrangements for the booked apartment. In any case, possible delays do not allow any discount, partial refund nor deduction. 20) Pets are tolerated, not inside the premises, and only if they are notified in advance, at the time of booking. 21) Upon arrival at the premises, when given the keys, guests are obliged to pay a deposit of € 100,00 which will be returned upon departure, after the perfect state of the apartment has been verified. 22) The management retains the right, without prior notice, to amend the current regulation. Only the guests who have booked and paid a deposit have the right to be notified of any changes. To verify the validity of this regulation you are advised to contact the management, which, in case of discrepancy, will send by fax, e-mail or mail the regulation in force. |
